i appreciated staying in this modern and fully equipped place. the staff was fairly friendly, kept everything fairly clean and brand-new. well-appointed and modern rooms with strong wifi signal and huge balcony, for example, had a nice experience. there were an electric kettle and glassware in the room too.

I chose this hotel for a conference and it was conveniently located near all tourist and business destinations in Belgrade. The facilities were well-maintained and I had a positive experience using them.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and faxing services.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in Serbia and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about the country. They even assisted me with getting a SIM card and finding groceries. The hotel had excellent WiFi, which was perfect for my work needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and a well-done cleaning job. The breakfast, although not very varied, was a pleasant surprise considering it was included in the price. I recommend trying the tasty omelette with ham and cheese. The small balcony in my room was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We loved this hotel! The location is great, being immediately next to a very big park yet still close to the beautiful nature this city has to offer. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff friendly and always available to help.

The rooms at Best Western Premier Natalija Residence are simply amazing! The modern design and comfortable king-twin beds make me feel like I'm sleeping in a cloud. As someone with physical handicaps, having separate beds in the room is a huge plus for me. And the view of the park "Kosutnjak" from the room is absolutely breathtaking!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the minibar in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hotel offered diverse buffet breakfast in peaceful surroundings. The staff was kind and polite, ensuring a comfortable stay. The premises were spotless with a comfy big bed and beautiful jacuzzi. Guests can also enjoy the sauna and Turkish bathroom facilities. The hotel provides Netflix in the apartments, an added bonus. a phenomenal stay worth considering.

The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers as it is immediately next to a very big park with stunning greenery and clean, fresh air. The hotel is also conveniently placed close to the beautiful nature that Belgrade has to offer. The room itself was brand new and highly equipped with the latest technology, including a divine bed and an amazing jacuzzi. The breakfast was made from organic ingredients and guests could order whatever they liked, including fresh omelets served with rucola and cherry tomatoes.

There was one negative aspect which was the television remote controls in the room. They were a bit tricky to use, and a how-to manual would have been helpful.

The hotel was too far from the city center, which made it difficult to explore and enjoy the local attractions. the surrounding local restaurants were limited and not very appealing.

best western premier surpassed my expectations during my stay in belgrade. the staff was exceptional, the location was perfect for exploring both the city and the nearby national park, and the amenities, including netflix in the rooms, were a delightful surprise. highly recommended!
